Given your energy level and amount of time you have for practice, do as many postures as you can following the order of sequence. Always do shoulder balance after head balance and allow time for Savasana at the end of practice. When starting a home practice it's best to choose just a few poses. Be reasonable with expectations and practice with time allowances. Women on their menstrual cycle should avoid all inverted poses. Practice is the key to clarity and progress.
